Description: The Esk’etemc Silviculture Surveyors Training Program is designed to equip surveyors with the skills needed to conduct silviculture surveys, tailored to the Cariboo region and the Esk’etemc First Nation. This initiative will provide both practical and theoretical training, strengthening the capacity of ARM employees to meet silviculture requirements within its territory and licenses. As ARM builds experience in managing its own tenures, it plans to leverage this expertise to deliver high-quality silviculture services to other license holders and First Nations. This collaboration not only expands business opportunities but also fosters the exchange of innovative practices, contributing to more effective forest management strategies across the region.
